My love for wine and cheese began while traveling through Spain and Italy, where local markets, small vineyards, and artisan cheesemakers showed me how powerful a perfect pairing can be. That passion grew through many trips to Napa Valley, where I discovered the incredible craft behind world-class winemaking.

Before launching these in-home wine tastings, I worked as a cheese monger at Fox & Obel in Chicago, where I learned the art of selecting and pairing exceptional cheeses from around the world. Today, I bring that expertise to every tasting—combining premium wines, artisan cheeses, and charcuterie into an interactive experience your guests will love.
